Yoga – Yin Yoga
Originating from Taoist tradition, Yin Yoga is a no-impact workout that focuses entirely on stretching. Michelle takes us through the program, each stretch taking 5 minutes long. An excellent workout to throw in to your weekly routine to help you reach your flexibility goals and one to run during your rest days and when things are all just a little bit too sore!
