Todays class is an adaptive Pure Motion Class, a starter class for Calistenics. It’s a combination of strength and flexibility. No two classes are exactly the same.
L9’s PureMotion Class is designed as a full body workout which is low impact. Our goal with these classes is to simply improve the range of movement while learning the fundamental skills which ladder up in to the fun Calisthenics Movements. For more on Puremotion click here:
